GOLD
Gold sold off in early Asian trading this morning, reaching a low of $1,305 per ounce before seeing renewed buying. The Gold price rallied back to the $1,315 level quickly, and has traded as high as $1,320 per ounce. At 11am PDT today, Gold is trading at $1,319 per ounce, up $2 on excellent volume.
SILVER
In Asian trading today, Silver was briefly brought below the $17 per ounce support level, reaching a low of $16.95 per ounce. When European and U.S. markets started trading, the price quickly moved back above $17 and reached a high of $17.30 per ounce before seeing some light selling. At 11am PDT today, Silver is up $0.02 per ounce, trading at $17.28 on good volume.
