Gold continued to trade in a narrow $10 range

GOLD

Gold continued to trade in a narrow $10 today, from $1,198 to $1,208 per ounce. In Asian, European and U.S. trading Gold has moved above and below the key $1,200 resistance level as the bull/bear fight moves into a holiday weekend. At 11am PDT today, Gold is trading at $1,202 per ounce, up $1 on light volume.

SILVER

Silver tested the $14.50 per ounce support level again today and reached a low of $14.45 before finding support. Physical demand for Silver investment products (bars & coins) is picking up in Asia and Europe due to the low price. At 11am PDT today, Silver is down $0.02 per ounce, trading at $14.56 on light volume.
