Data Entry Clerk

We’re seeking a dedicated, analytical, detail-oriented individual to join our expanding E-commerce department. You would provide daily pricing research, monitor inventory counts, and maintain listing accuracy. This is an entry-level, in-office (non-remote) clerical position with a full-time Monday through Friday 9:00 AM- 5:00 PM Schedule. We offer health benefits, paid leave, and more. Starting pay is $18.00/hour with the potential to grow.

Job Position Requirements:

  • Intermediate Excel Skills
  • College-level writing, editing, and proofreading
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Computer literacy (must be able to navigate, type proficiently, and learn new software)
  • Eager to learn new skills
  • Must have at least one year of experience working in an office environment

Preferred but not Required Skills:

  • eBay, Amazon, and other e-commerce platform experience
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
  • Basic SEO
  • Photoshop
  • WordPress
  • Magento
  • Familiarity with rare coins, precious metals, or other collectibles
