A U.S. Dollar rally has put Gold on the defensive during trading today. Gold hit a low of $1,315 before finding good support. At 11am PDT today, Gold is trading at $1,319 per ounce, down $6 on normal volume.
SILVER
Silver continues to stay in the $16.40 to $16.90 per ounce trading range. Traders continue to short-sell Silver when it nears $17 and cover those short-sales when it drops in the $16.40 area. At 11am PDT today, Silver is down $0.12 per ounce, trading at $16.44 on average volume.
