Gold has traded in a tight range<br />Daily Market Report 5/23/17

GOLD

Gold has traded in a tight $11 high/low base building range today. Today’s high was $1,264 and the low was $1,253, well above the important $1,250 support level. Physical and futures demand has been very strong. At 11am PDT today, Gold is trading at $1,257 per ounce, down $4 on good volume.

SILVER

This morning Silver tested its $17 support level, reaching a low of $17.02 per ounce before rallying back. Silver did reach a high of $17.33 and then showed consolidation after its recent rally. At 11am PDT today, Silver is unchanged, trading at $17.15 per ounce on excellent volume.
