The U.S. President cancels the North Korean summit, the stock market drops, and Gold and Silver rally. Gold quickly moved back above the important $1,300 per ounce level, reaching a high on short-covering of $1,307 per ounce. At 11am PDT today, Gold is trading at $1,305 per ounce, up $15 on excellent volume.
SILVER
Silver moved higher with Gold today, reaching a high of $16.74 per ounce. Silver showed strong physical demand this morning in Asian and Middle Eastern markets. At 11am PDT today, Silver is up $0.20 per ounce, trading at $16.65 on excellent volume.
