Gold tested the support level

GOLD

This morning Gold tested the support level, reaching a low of $1,239.50 before major buyers appeared. For most of the day Gold has traded between $1,245 and $1,251 per ounce, trying to stay above the key $1,250 per ounce level. At 11am PDT today, Gold is trading at $1,246 per ounce, down $4 on normal volume.

SILVER

Silver sold-off with Gold in early trading and then rallied back above $16.60 per ounce. Silver continues to be more volatile then Gold, with a wider trading range. At 11am PDT today, Silver is down $0.12 per ounce, trading at $16.68 on average volume.
