Precious metals are up today

GOLD

It appears that all the precious metals are in positive territory today. The continued weakness in the US Dollar has played a part in today’s trading, but softer bond yields across the globe have also play a role. For the third day in a row, the Gold ETFs have seen strong inflows of buying which is another positive note for the yellow metal. At 11am PDT today, Gold is trading at $1,233, up by $7 on very healthy volume.

SILVER

Silver was also on the rise throughout the night, trading well in the $15.55 - $15.70 range, due to the factors noted above. At 11am PDT today, Silver is trading at $15.64, up $0.12 on normal volume.
