GOLD
Gold hit a new one-year high this morning of $1,357.30, then sold off on Friday trading to $1,343. This was the second recent attempt to break the $1,350 resistance level. The third attempt will probably happen early next week, and that should be successful. At 11am PDT today, Gold is up $1, trading at $1,346 per ounce on normal volume.
SILVER
Silver moved with Gold this morning, reaching a high of $18.24 before seeing weekend selling, which drove the Silver price down to $17.88, before bargain buyers appeared. Silver then quickly moved back above $18 and has stayed there most of the day. At 11am PDT today, Silver is trading at $18.04, up $0.02 per ounce on average volume.
