GOLD

In Asian trading last night, Gold rallied to reach a high of $1,167 per ounce on its first attempt to break out of the current trading range. Demand has been extraordinarily strong during last night’s Asian trading. At 11am PDT today, Gold is up $3 per ounce, trading at $1,155 per ounce on excellent volume.

SILVER

The Silver price has firmed up between $15.40 and $15.75 per ounce in domestic and Asian trading. At 11am PDT today, Silver is trading at $15.55 per ounce, up $0.17 on good volume.
