Daily Market Report 8/7/13

GOLD

After six days of declines Gold finally turned higher this morning on light volume. Gold traded in a narrow $16 per ounce range, $1,273 on the low and $1,289 for the high.

Physical demand for Gold investment products continues to grow at a record pace globally.

At 11am PDT today, Gold is trading at $1,286 per ounce, up $3 per ounce on moderate volume.

SILVER

Silver also traded today in a narrow $0.50 per ounce price range, $19.14 on the low and $19.64 for the high.

At 11am PDT today, Silver was up $0.03 per ounce, trading at $19.58 per ounce on light volume.
