Today, the lower Crude Oil price and a very strong U.S. Dollar drove the Gold price down to $1,204 per ounce before heavy buying appeared.
At 11am PST today, Gold is trading at $1,207 per ounce, down $15 on average trading volume.
SILVER
Silver broke below $17 early in trading and technical traders came in and shorted the market, driving the price down to $16.50.
At 11am PST today, Silver is down $0.50 per ounce, trading at $16.55 per ounce on normal volume.
