The U.S. Dollar Continues To Pressure Gold

The U.S. Dollar continues to trade over 93, putting pressure on the Gold price. In overnight trading Gold reached a low of $1,780 per ounce, while testing the $1,800 level before seeing some light selling. At 11am PT Today, Gold is trading at $1,795 per ounce, up $2 on average volume.
SILVER
Silver sold off this morning, reaching a low of $23.44 per ounce, before seeing bargain buying. Silver continues to show active buying above the $23.50 level. At 11am PT today, Silver is down $0.30 per ounce, trading at $23.62 on normal volume.
