What You'll Do:
- Process high-volume orders: Pack and ship with precision and speed.
- Handle inventory: Receive, verify, and stock incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Manage stock counts: Conduct periodic inventory counts and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Maintain efficiency: Assist with resolving logistical issues and maintaining efficient workflows.
- Support operations: Perform a range of tasks and projects as product/industry knowledge increases.
- Physical duties: Occasional heavy lifting is required.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Prior experience (1+ year) with shipping, packing, or inventory management in a non-warehouse, professional office setting. This role focuses on collaborative fulfillment of online orders in a small space, not large-scale logistics or machinery operation.
- Meticulous and reliable individual with a strong knack for organization.
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
- Tech Savvy: Adept at using computers, proficient in Microsoft Excel, and able to solve basic technical issues.
- A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous and reliable individual with a strong knack for organization.

- Technical Skills: Adobe Photoshop
- E-commerce Skills: Possess an understanding of online marketplaces, from listing to the final step of fulfillment.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: Starting Hourly Rate: $19.00 with growth potential.

- Stable Full-Time Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
