Shipping Clerk

We're searching for a detail-oriented Shipping Clerk who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Whether working independently or collaborating with the team, you'll ensure our systems are accurate and organized, running operations smoothly. This is an entry-level, in-office (non-remote) clerical position with a full-time Monday through Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We offer health benefits, paid leave, and more. Starting pay is $18.00/hour with the potential to grow.

Responsibilities:

  • Research
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using various tools (think Photoshop and Excel!)
  • Packing and shipping orders with precision and speed
  • Receive and verify incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality
  • Organize and stock inventory efficiently
  • Conduct periodic inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
  • Assist with resolving inventory-related issues and maintaining efficient workflows
  • Occasional Heavy Lifting

Requirements:

  • A meticulous and reliable individual with a knack for organization
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
  • Adept at using computers and solving basic technical issues
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Adobe Photoshop
  • A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • eBay, Amazon listing knowledge a plus
  • Bonus points: If you're a coin enthusiast, your knowledge is a welcome addition!

Additional Information

  • This is an in-office position. Therefore, we do not offer Remote Work.
  • Health Insurance is provided after a 90-day probation period.
  • Starting Pay is $18.00 an hour, with potential for growth.

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift
  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
