Here is a 1982-P 25c Washington Quarter graded MS63 by PCGS. This Washington Quarter is rare with its mint error: Struck on a 5c Planchet. The devices are well-struck and the fields lack distracting marks. There is some subtle toning on the surfaces. This is a beautiful and lustrous choice graded coin.
