Description

Presenting a Botswana 1966 Gold 10 Thebe Seretse Khama in BU condition. Designed by J.H. Waser, this brilliant uncirculated coin has a low mintage of 5,100 and contains .3267 ounce of Gold. The fields are smooth and the devices are crisp. There are some dark proof-like spots on the surfaces.

The obverse features a left facing bust of Sir Seretse Khama. The reverse has the national coat of arms with supporters. This coin commemorates of the independence of Botswanna from the United Kingdom on September 30, 1966.
