This is a very nice AD 582-602 Maurice Tiberius AV Solidus Gold coin from the Byzantine Empire. This ancient Gold coin is graded MS by NGC, with a 4/5 Strike and 3/5 Surface. This Byzantine coin contains 4.45 grams of gold. The obverse features a facing bust and the reverse depicts an angel holding a cross. The NGC designation of MS indicates that this Ancient Gold coin is Mint State uncirculated condition.
