Description

Presenting a Central America 1970 Gold 50 Pesos 10th Anniversary Proof coin. This coin commemorates the 10th anniversary of economic integration and contains .5787 ounce of Gold. From a limited mintage of only 1,500 proofs, this uncirculated coin features smooth fields and crisp devices. The surfaces shine with amazing original mint luster.

The obverse features a shining sun above local mountain ranges. The reverse features a tree with the inscription "LIBRE CREZCA FECUNDO" above which means "FREEDOM GROWS FRUITFUL". The outer edge of the coin has the denomination and "UNIDAD DE CUENTA" which means "UNIT OF ACCOUNT".
