It’s overall a good day for the precious metals markets. Gold itself is closing out the week strong on healthy activity. I think we're seeing some short covering at this point, especially since the dollar is weaker today. At 11am PT today, Gold is trading at $1287 up by $8.50 on good trading activity.
SILVER
I’m happy to see Silver closing out the week over $15, assuming there are no surprises. It appears Silver is taking advantage of the weaker dollar in addition to the short sellers driving it up. At 11am PT today, Silver is trading at $15.09 up by $0.11 on fair volume.
