GOLD

Gold traded today between $1,781 and $1,802 per ounce, as it builds fresh support for a move back above the key $1,800 level. A stronger U.S. Dollar (above 92.83) isn’t helping the precious metal prices. At 11am PT today, Gold is trading at $1,796 per ounce, down $4 on average volume.

SILVER

Silver tested the key $24 per ounce support level earlier today, reaching a low of $23.88 before seeing bargain buying, primarily from Asian buyers. At 11am PT today, Silver is down $0.33 per ounce, trading at $24.13 on normal volume.
