Both Gold & Silver Back On The Bullish Trail
GOLD
The financial markets are now believing that there will be another interest rate cut in December by the Federal Reserve. A weaker U.S. Dollar also contributed to the rise in precious metals. Gold rallied today, reaching a high of $4,174 this morning, and is holding in that area. With this weekend being a U.S. Holiday, precious metal trading will continue on Thursday and Friday, overseen and normally on light volume.
At 11am PT today, Gold is up $21 per ounce, trading at $4,161 on average volume.
SILVER
Silver made a monster jump higher today, reaching a high of $53.27 per ounce. Silver is definitely leading the precious metal index with almost a 2% increase just today.
At 11am PT today, Silver is trading at $53.11 per ounce, up $1.76 on excellent volume.
