Both Gold & Silver Set New Record All-Time Highs

GOLD

The Gold price reached a new record high of $4,442 per ounce as the U.S. ramped up tensions with Venezuela and the U.S. Dollar weakened. As we approach year-end, we are seeing a large amount of selling, especially this year, with Gold up over 65%.

With the large amount of Gold coins being sold, the secondary market is overloaded with supplies, and premiums have dropped on many of the popular Gold investment coins.

At 11am PT today, Gold is trading at $4,435 per ounce, up $87 on excellent volume.

SILVER

Silver followed Gold higher last night and this morning, reaching a high of $69.50 per ounce before seeing profit-taking.

As Silver approaches $70 per ounce, we are seeing the same heavy year-end selling. The excess of product in the secondary market has driven down the premium on popular Silver investment coins.

At 11am PT today, Silver is up $3.20 per ounce, at $68.40 on excellent volume.
