Both Gold & Silver Traded In A Wide Range

GOLD

Today, Gold traded in a wide range from a low of $4,055 to a high of $4,133 per ounce. Gold reached a high in late London trading and fell to a low after opening in the U.S. market. Today’s news of the U.S. trade deficit dropping 24% in August, because tariffs reduced imports, didn’t have much of an effect on metal prices.

At 11am PT today, Gold is trading at $4,080 per ounce, up $2 on good volume.

SILVER

The Silver price briefly moved over $52 per ounce in London, reaching a high of $52.51 before seeing a sell-off. Silver tested support in New York and bounced back.

At 11am PT today, Silver is up $0.15 per ounce, at $51.20 on excellent volume.
