Both Gold & Silver Trading Below Key Support Levels
GOLD
Gold traded today between $3,270 and $3,324 as it continues to build a firm base in the $3,300 area. The U.S. economic news released today wasn’t significant enough to move the financial or precious metal markets. The US Dollar remains weak, under 100, and the stock markets are lower as they wait for more news on the Tariffs coming in June.
At 11am PT today, Gold is down $27 per ounce, trading at $3,295 on average volume.
SILVER
Silver traded today between $32.72 and $33.43 per ounce, as it consolidates recent gains and hopefully builds a firm base above $33 per ounce. Asian and European demand for Silver remains strong and will help any future rally.
At 11am PT today, Silver is down $0.38 per ounce, trading at $32.95 on average volume.
