Most financial market analyst are focusing their attention on the upcoming Jackson Hole symposium and a speak from Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell on Friday. Gold is in a holding pattern around the $1,750 level and waiting for news coming out of this symposium. Gold is trading in a tight range today between $1,745 and $1,755. At 11am PT today, Gold is up $2 per ounce, trading at $1,750 on average volume.

SILVER

The Silver price has traded today above and below the important $19 level as the economic uncertainty remains a major concern. The Silver-to-Gold ratio remains around 92-to-1, which is truly a unbelievable value. At 11am PT today, Silver is trading at $19.10 per ounce, down $0.07 on normal volume.
