Gold And Silver Moving Higher
GOLD
In Asian and European trading this morning, Gold moved higher to $2,422 per ounce ahead of today’s Federal Reserve policy statement. The Fed’s announcement was bearish for Gold, as they didn’t confirm any drop for interest rates in September.
At 11:15am PT today, Gold is trading at $2,422 per ounce, up $17 on average volume.
SILVER
Silver reached a high of $28.94 in early morning trading before see some light, short-term profit taking. After the Fed announcement, Silver dropped $0.15 per ounce.
At 11:15am PT today, Silver is up $0.30 per ounce, trading at $28.60 on strong volume.
