Gold And Silver Starting An Important Rally
GOLD
Gold has traded today between $2,724 and $2,750 per ounce as we await the results of our many elections. Trading volume is light considering it's election day, and many people are still voting. Based on the results of today’s presidential election and the Federal Reserve interest rate decision on Thursday, Gold could break above its $2,750 resistance level or test key support at the $2,700 level.
At 11am PT today, Gold is $2,741 per ounce, up $3 on light volume.
SILVER
This week Silver has shown more demand and price support than Gold. Silver tested the key $33 level both yesterday and this morning. Silver has also found strong support above the $32.50 level in Asia and European markets.
At 11am PT today, Silver is up $0.15 per ounce, trading at $32.62 on light volume.
