Gold Broke Below the Key $4,000 per oz Level

GOLD

The U.S. Commerce Department announced today that U.S. retail sales rose 0.2% in June, following May's revised increase of 1.0%.
Over the past 12 months, retail sales increased 6.7%.
The Gold price showed good support over $4,000 last night in overseas trading, but when trading opened in the US, we saw selling.
Gold reached a low of $3,973 before buyers came in.
At 11am PT today, Gold is trading at $3,985 per ounce, down $60 on average volume.

SILVER

Silver continues to see selling in many markets, reaching a low of $55.28, a new 2026 low.
At the current price, Silver is an excellent value.
At 11am PT today, Silver is down $2 per ounce, trading at $55.70 per ounce.
