Gold Is Trading In A Tight Range

Gold is trading in a tight $7 range between $1,472 and $1,479 per ounce today. The U.S. Dollar weakened as traders and investors await more details on the U.S. – Chinese phase one of the trade deal. At 11am PT today, Gold is trading at $1,476, down $1 on average volume.

Silver reached a high of $17.06 in Asian trading this morning, then sold off as it came west. For the most part of today’s trading, Silver has been above and below the key $17 per ounce level. At 11am PT today, Silver is up $0.09 per ounce, trading at $17.06 on normal volume.
