Gold Makes A New All-Time High Of $2,626

Gold hit a new all-time high of $2,626 per ounce in early Friday trading. After the Federal Reserve’s interest rate cut on Thursday, Gold is seeing a boost and the ongoing geopolitical concerns in the Mid-East and a lower U.S. Dollar are helping to drive the price higher.

At 11am PT today, gold is trading at $2,620 per ounce, up $30 for the day on average volume.

SILVER

Silver reached a high today of $31.60 before seeing some light weekend selling. With Gold trading above $2,600 I would expect to see Silver test the key $32 per ounce level next week.

At 11am PT today, Silver is up $0.20 per ounce, trading at $31.30 on excellent volume.
