A great holiday present as I watch Gold blow through the $1,500 per ounce resistance level. Gold reached a high of $1,513 on little news, but strong demand. At that point little selling and profit-taking took the gold price down $5. At 11am PT today, Gold is trading at $1512, up $14 per ounce on good volume.
SILVER
Silver continues to outperform on this rally, reaching a high of $18.05 before seeing some light short-term taking. This is the first-time silver was above $18 per ounce, since November 4th. Futures on the CME exchange was very active today; at 11am PT today, Silver is up $0.15 per ounce, trading at $17.93 on good volume.
