Gold Reaches A New All-Time High Of $2,698 Per Oz

Gold made its first attempt to break above the $2,700 per ounce level today, reaching $2,698 before seeing short-term profit-taking. Based on the U.S. using B-2 Stealth bombers to hit Houthi weapon sites in Yemen and concerns about expanding the Middle East war. Gold reached a new all-time record of $2,698 this morning. Watching this happen in the face of the very strong U.S. Dollar (reaching 104), really shows the incredible demand for Gold.
At 11am PT today, Gold is up $18, trading at $2,693 per ounce on excellent volume.
SILVER
Silver followed Gold higher, reaching $32.07 before seeing sellers and dropping down below the key $32 per ounce level.
At 11am PT today, Silver is down $0.13 per ounce, trading at $31.66 on average volume.
