Gold Reaches A New All-Time Record High Of $3,088 Per Ounce

This morning, it was reported that the Personal Consumption Index and the core inflation numbers are increasing. This news plus continued strong demand took the Gold price to another all-time record high of $3,088 per ounce.

At 11am PT today, Gold is trading at $3,077 per ounce, up $25 on excellent volume.

SILVER

What was surprising about today’s trading is that Silver started moving higher with today’s Gold rally, reaching $34.65. But sellers showed up during European trading and Silver ended lower for the day.

At 11am PT today, Silver is down $0.29 per ounce, at $34.03 on heavy volume.
