Gold & Silver Consolidate Above Support Levels

GOLD

The Gold price continued to consolidate today, trading between $1,504 and $1,524 per ounce. I’m really impressed by the increased volume of trading as the Gold price approaches lows for the day. $1,500 per ounce is definitely an excellent support level. At 11am PT today, Gold is trading at $1,515 per ounce, down $6 for the day with good volume.

SILVER

Silver is following the direction of Gold, consolidating above the important $17 per ounce level. Silver traded today with a low of $17.03 and a high of $17.31 on normal volume. At 11am PT today, Silver is trading at $17.17 per ounce, down $0.05 on normal volume.
