Gold & Silver Fall on U.S. Naval Ship Firing at Iranian Vessel
GOLD
Late Sunday, Iran vowed retaliation because of the seizure of their vessel.
These events led Gold to drop $80, while oil and the U.S. Dollar rallied at the start of trading on Sunday.
Today, Gold has seen fresh buying and moved above the $4,800 per ounce level.
At 11am PT today, Gold is trading at $4,810, down $54 on normal volume.
SILVER
Silver fell with Gold on the news of the seized Iranian vessel, reaching a low of $78.53, down $2.37 before finding buyers.
But, Silver has rallied back to the $79 to $80 per ounce area today.
At 11am PT today, Silver is down $2, at $79.74 per ounce.
