Gold & Silver Testing Key Support Levels

GOLD

This morning, Gold is testing its key support value of $2,600 per ounce. Trading was light ahead of the New Year’s holiday this week, and the dollar was relatively flat, offering little direction for the Gold price. Geopolitical tensions kept the yellow metal in demand.

At 11am PT today, Gold is trading at $2,606 per ounce, down $13 on light volume.

SILVER

Silver is trading under $29 on light volume. Light volume trading is expected as we move toward the New Year’s holiday.

At 11am PT today, Silver is down $0.44 per ounce, trading at $28.98 on light volume.
