Gold & Silver Trading In A Tight Range

GOLD

Gold traded in a narrow range today between $1,731 and $1,744 per ounce as it continues to build a base for the next leg higher. Both interest rates and the U.S. Dollar Index were also trading in a tight range providing no direction. At 11am PT today, Gold is trading at $1,741 per ounce, down $2 on average volume.

SILVER

Silver has been trading above and below the key $25 level most of the trading day. Physical demand remains strong for many of the popular investment items. At 11am PT today, Silver is down $0.04 per ounce, trading at $25.16 on normal volume.
