Gold Soars Last Night, Reaching $3,333 Per Ounce

The demand for Gold isn’t letting up, as more and more central banks are trading U.S. Dollars for Gold. Gold traded in the $3,275 to $3,285 area in heavy trading in Asia and when the markets moved to Europe, it moved above $3,300 per ounce. While in London and the U.S., Gold reached $3,333 before seeing some light short-term profit-taking.
At 11am PT today, Gold is trading at $3,330 per ounce, up $104 on the day with excellent trading volume.
SILVER
Silver moved higher with Gold in early trading, reaching a high of $33.21 before seeing some selling. With Gold at the current level, Silver needs to stay above $33 to stay bullish.
At 11am PT today, Silver is up $0.50 per ounce, trading at $32.85 on excellent volume.
