Gold Traded In A Narrow One Percent Range

Gold traded today in a narrow one percentage range between $1,790 and $1,808 per ounce as it continues to look for a short-term direction. Gold needs to move back above the key $1,800 level soon to build confidence with traders. At 11am PT today, Gold is trading at $1,796 per ounce, down $13 on average volume.

SILVER

Silver reached the key $24 per ounce level in early trading, but couldn’t break above when the Gold price declined. At 11am PT today, Silver is down $0.14 per ounce, trading at $23.87 on normal volume.
