Gold Trades In A Tight $10 High/Low Range
GOLD
Friday, Gold traded in a tight $10 High/Low range, from $1,778 to $1,788 per ounce, as the base building continues. The U.S. Dollar Index isn’t helping, as it stays right around its highs. At 11am PT today, Gold is trading at $1,786, up $2 per ounce on average volume.
SILVER
Silver briefly broke the key $23 per ounce support level, but quickly bounced back above on bargain buying. The strength in the US Dollar and concerns about another round of COVID holding back the inflation outlook is affecting the Silver price. At 11am PT today, Silver is down $0.14 per ounce, trading at $23.20 on normal volume.
