Impeachment Investigation May Prolong Trade War

Gold reached a high of $1,535 this morning in the U.S. Market on speculation that the House of Representatives may move for an impeachment investigation today. The concern is that an impeachment investigation is highly likely to prolong the Chinese trade war. At 11am PT today, Gold is trading at $1,533 per ounce, up $10 on good volume.

SILVER

The Silver price sold off in Asian markets this morning, dropping to $18.20, down $0.40 per ounce. When European and U.S. markets opened Silver came rallying back to $18.55 on major buying. The volatility of the Silver market continues to dominate the precious metal physical and equity markets. At 11am PT today, Silver is down $0.06 per ounce, trading at $18.54 on excellent volume.
