Markets Await September Jobs Data

GOLD

In overnight Asian and European trading, Gold tested support ($1,748) and hit resistance ($1,771) as I saw fresh demand. The markets await the September Jobs data, which will be released later this week. At 11am PT today, Gold is up $5 per ounce, trading at $1,768 on average volume.

SILVER

Silver also had an excellent range today, trading between $22.30 and $22.80 per ounce. Both the U.S. Dollar Index and interest rates moved lower today, which is helping the price of Silver. At 11am PT today, Silver is trading at $22.69 per ounce, up $0.03 on normal volume.
