U.S. employers added just 194,000 new jobs in September, well below expectations. On this news, Gold rallied off of the lows of the day, while interest rates and the U.S. Dollar strengthened. At 11am PT today, Gold is up $2 per ounce, trading at $1763.

SILVER

Silver saw some fresh buying today, moving above the $22.70 level as demand picks up. At 11am PT today, Silver is up $0.12 per ounce, trading at $22.85.
