Silver Couldn't Hold The Key $25 Level

GOLD

Today we saw, what I believe to be, the last attempt to break the key $1,850 resistance level. Gold reached a low of $1,842 this morning before quickly bouncing back on fresh buying. The early sell-off was caused by weekend profit-taking as traders unwind their holdings. At 11am PT today, Gold is trading at $1,852 per ounce, down $11 on average volume.

SILVER

Silver couldn’t hold above the key $25 per ounce level in early trading. Silver sold off with Gold, reaching a low of $24.53 before seeing fresh bargain buying. At 11am PT today, Silver is trading at $24.74 per ounce, down $0.23 on normal volume.
