GOLD
U.S. Employment numbers are moving up, as well as the U.S. Dollar Index (over 92). Gold appeared to bottom out this morning, reaching a low of $1,687 per ounce in overseas trading. As the market rolled into the U.S. Gold rallied back above $1,700 per ounce. At 11am PT today, Gold is trading at $1,701, up $9 on excellent volume.
SILVER
The Silver price dropped down this morning reaching a new 2021 low of $24.77 per ounce before seeing large bargain buying. A combination of limited supplies and a low price continues to result in high premiums and delays on many of the popular Silver investment products. At 11am PT today, Silver is up $0.05 per ounce, trading at $25.22 on excellent volume.
