GOLD
Gold reached a high of $1,510 in early Asian trading before easing on renewed trade hopes as the standoff between the U.S. and China appear to be on a positive track. Traders are waiting to see the minutes from the recent FOMC Meeting which will be released this afternoon. At 11am PT today, Gold is up $6 per ounce, trading at $1,508 on good volume.
SILVER
Silver found support today above the $17.70 per ounce level and has shown great support during the Chinese news. I continue to believe we will see Silver break above $18 sometime this month. At 11am PT today, Silver is trading at $17.78 per ounce, up $0.10 on average volume.
