Silver Takes The Spotlight Moving Above $51
GOLD
After the U.S. Gold market closed, the price dropped $40 on selling in Australia and Hong Kong.
Then Gold rallied back in India and London, reaching the high of the day of $4,058, then saw serious profit-taking during U.S. trading.
Gold broke below the $4,000 per ounce support level and kept on going, reaching a low of $3,946 before seeing short-covering and fresh buying.
After the recent rally from $3,500, Gold could find support above $3,900 per ounce.
At 11 am PT today, Gold is down $3,955, down $97 per ounce on very heavy trading.
SILVER
Silver just reached a high all-time high today for $51.27 per ounce during trading in the U.S.
Then started dropping with Gold, reaching a low of $48.42 before finding buyers.
At 11 am PT today, Silver is down $0.30 per ounce, at $49.18 on excellent volume.
