Steady Climbs and Above Average Trading

GOLD

Yesterday after peaking around the open of the New York trading hours, there was some definite profit taking for Gold given all the recent news with Iran. Today is quite the opposite as the profit taking ended last night during the start of Hong Kong trading, and has switched to a steady climb that has continued through both London and New York's trading hours. At 11am PST today, Gold is trading at $1572 per ounce, up $5 on heavy trading.

SILVER

A very similar story with Silver today. With all the weak hands clearing out last night in Hong Kong, Silver is trading very well in the US with it hitting at a high of $18.50 minutes ago and still showing a steady climb throughout the day. At 11am PST today, Silver is trading at $18.41, up $0.24 on well above average trading.
