The Bull/Bear Gold War Continues At $4,000 oz

GOLD

In overnight trading last night, Gold stayed over $4,000 in China, India, and London, reaching a high of $4,045 per ounce. However, in New York, Gold broke below $4,000 to a low of $3,971 on uncertainty over whether the Federal Reserve would cut interest rates again in December. A boost in the U.S. dollar (99.80) didn’t help the Gold price.

At 11am PT today, Gold is trading at $3,999, down $12 on average volume.

SILVER

Silver stayed above $48.88 in China, India, and London, reaching a high of $49.41. But again, followed Gold lower in New York, reaching a low of $48.32 before finding bargain buying.

At 11am PT today, Silver is down $0.18 per ounce, at $48.70 on normal weekend volume.
