When I was growing up, I watched the Honeymooner with Jackie Gleason on TV, and his favorite line when talking to Alice was “to the moon baby”. That is what the Gold and Silver markets are acting like. Even a surprise increase in the Nonfarm worker payroll of 300,000 new jobs (the forecast was 200,000) couldn’t drive the Gold price lower. Sit back and enjoy the ride.

At 11am PT today, Gold is trading at $2,325 per ounce, up $35 for the day.

SILVER

As Gold continues to make new highs, Silver is showing excellent appreciation. Silver has reached the highest price it has been since March 2022, moving over $27.50 per ounce this morning. The next major resistance level is $30.00 per ounce.

At 11am PT today, Silver is up $0.30 per ounce, trading at $27.45 on excellent volume.
